We live in a world full of lies
Cruel intentions that never die
Twisted souls mock us all
Power and greed spins us all

Oh how cruel can the living be
I’m falling; I cry for help, I get none
I’m floating in a black hole
I cry, no tears, I am terrified

Standing there a light in the dark
A solitary flicker of hope
Colours of love paint my life
Each stroke like the rising sun

Where do I start, what do I say
You just took my breath away
Captivating my heart and soul
You've become my queen
