Stand Up Tall!

its a cruel world
and it can leave you neglected
loosing all your confidence
and life that youve perfected
it can destroy your life
and these walls that youve erected
but if you listen closely
theres a chance it can be corrected

see in life we have directions
and different paths we choose
and we can be lead astray
but still we can refuse
and we may meet our demons
and different weapons we will use
but even if you feel defeated
you can never loose

its your life
and it is how you make it
and people may abuse you
get in and try to break it
but you can always save yourself
and dont you dare forsake it
you will find true love
but do not try to fake it

see you can be what ever you wish
what ever you aspire to be
and dont be scared of obsticles
or mountains that you see
you can conquer your fears
just let yourself be free
coz all the doors that are closed
its you that has the key

what im trying to say is
no matter how high the wall
no matter how long in time
or how far down the fall
this world is what you make it
and you can have it all
just be proud to show your colours
and remember stand up tall!
