UnniKrishnan P.P Poems

Don't blame the heart, it cried its part.

Mind has an aggressive mindset towards life.
...

The possibility of feeling gauged and how,
succumbing to the tyranny of matchless moments.
The aisle that enchants you to an emotional march,
a feeling never taught or enriched within a convent.
...

Walking through those scented thoughts,
Poetic stanza just seemed rewriting itself.

Strumming softly as if guitar strings,
...

Gleams of carnage passed a cold wave,
caressing and mincing what felt a sublime chant.

Staring by no means was a exemplary discourage,
...

The heart aches of the thought,
shining upon the miracle that still persists.
There is an ambiguity at its perpetual work
of the creation it carved and is still at mastery.

Take It To Heart

Don't blame the heart, it cried its part.

Mind has an aggressive mindset towards life.

It carves out those locked doors in such a way that,

cuts and wounds tend to go on a non-healing spree.

Mind is like that Pandora box where you find unassailable treasure,

but its covered with a glass sheet

which needs a particular set of fingerprints to open,

and shattering it would be an establishment of follies.

There is an non-depicted truth about heart,

that makes you lean on to memories in a very stingy manner.

It has a destroying element to it,

which makes sure you succumb to its lethargy to think.

Heart is never the culprit, it has a cat sized brain,

which accumulates sadness in such a manner,

that with a blink of eye it evaporates.

The tricky part lies in making the mind understand of its repercussions

because

heart never took it to heart.
