The fight in it's entirety,
For what I was seeking,
Made me wonder what I was fighting for.
Couldn't I just have waited?

The birds in the bird choir in my forest,
Sang happily to each other.
They felt they belonged with each other,
In a musical entity.

The holograms of my travels,
Took me to China, Brazil and the Arctic,
The hologram of my body, brought me my microlife,
It took me through one billion cells and their contents.

I can never decide whether,
I'm a grown-up or a girl.
Sometimes I jump and hop,
On streets of wild abandon.

The American Indian flute song,
Played in my office all day long.
Evoking images of lonely, wide plains,
Of the American frontier of olden days,

I kicked the mirror with my boot,
Then I finally saw how different I looked.
I loved looking at me.

I went searching for that perfect colored petal,
But I ran this way and that way and this way again,
Yet I couldn't settle one in God's garden.
God's garden manufactured so many gorgeous colored petals.

Bouncing ball, I want you,
So bad that I wish my mom,
Would see that her money saving,
Doesn't register with me.
