Back scarred like Christ the Lord
Except mom was no Virgin Mary, and God was ignored
But for every action, there’s an opposite reaction,
Just look for the girl in the crowd with a sparkle in her eyes,
Like the moon proclaiming at an unearthly height, a lover’s disguise,
In her even monochrome, beauty, and curving line of imperturbable serenity,
Bringing heaven’s fresh fragrance to a man’s heart through the sun’s amenity,
As even in the darkest moment,
