I'll not complain (much) about the heat we are feeling....

Bri Edwards [ that's me ] has returned; now I am back.
For five months, this site, my BORING life, did lack.
No, I was not jailed, sick, or lost; ... nor was I ill,
but, believe it or not, my lack was NOT a "bitter pill*".

and I may be ‘away' from PC several days; that's WHY…

Readers of showcases, this August's showcase has been somewhat of a bother to me, for various reasons. I've had 'technical problems' maneuvering through the process of putting it together. Much of the trouble has to do with its length and my attempts to make it more user-friendly. PoemHunter does not always cooperate either. Now I am in the process of breaking the LONG showcase (over 40 poems, by over 40 poets) into FOUR PARTS: A, B, C, and D.

FRIENDS: as my time and energy allows, i plan to produce a Part A, Part B, and Part D to go along with this Part C [which i called 'Part B' for a while].
Then all the 'parts' will add up to the original VERY LONG showcase, but you will have to open up each part separately; they will be in my list of poems as FOUR 'new' POEMS.
