Cebolenkosi Mkhize (born 16 May 1986) known professional as Khabzy Vee is an South African singer poet actor script writer. he was born at Mpangeni Ongoye in kwaZulu Natal Khabzy Vee began his career as an artist in 2002 while he was at school. He was use to act in various drama book like udwendwe Luka Koto casting as Mhalazi Kwake kwabanje he was casting as Manukelana and he was also use to perform his own written script also, resiting his own poem for the candidate at School. While at the age of 14, Khabzy Vee was in charge of writing original lyrics on songs for his Afro-Gospel and Ubholoho group and do some poetry sessions and drama sessions while he was at school and he was also do it in his community during schools holidays. Khabzy Vee was also recommended by king Mzimela as best Poetry and stage player he also use to be invited at Emanzimelen cultureral activities He then took composition of music a step further in high school, where he used to turn notes into songs, then teach them to his classmates especially in Biology coz he was very Good on it and his ambition was to be a doctor. In 2012 Khabzy Vee was decided to move and stay in Durban where he mate miss Lee Mkenene intombi yoMxosa where the decide to have poetry sessions and name it uMthombo wezimbongi umthombo wezimbongi was not dealing with poetry only but they included drama also traditional dance where Ukhabzy Vee started to do traditional thing even his music was base in his tradition as a African Guy.
