to find that peace had come.
All the world had freedom.
there was not one evil done.

One night i had a dream where I
Sat high upon a distant hill
All alone and far from home
the wind was calm and still...

I wish that God had given me
The peaceful life of a tree..
Without the worries of our time
To be a tree would suite me fine..
...

It was a cold winter Sunday
As a snow storm poured down
I watched my 6 year old Grandson
Looking out at the ground..

October fades
into yesterday
& November bursts
through time,
...

There is a place,
Up on the ridge..
over by Claytown
on a county road
...

The tiny lane,
see's little traffic....
it leads to a old cabin
that sits near the lake.
...

Down in a valley
off a gravel road
behind fine trees
sits a Red brick church.
...

when parents die
some familys
grow apart...
things change.
...

Walking down
the old gravel road
just off the highway..
i found myself
