Bir sevgilim vardı
Bense merak ederdim hep oranın rüzgarını
Uslu mu deli mi sürekli mi
Apansız mı çıkar gökte savurur
Yerden aldığını

Paylaştığımız kentler oldu sonra
Rüzgar usta ben acemi
Esti geçti bir hışımla geçti
Kum doldurdu gözlerimi

I once had a lover who would send me
the sand of the city he lived in
but me I was always curious about the wind there
was it soft or harsh, did it blow continuously
did it rise up all of a sudden and scatter

A star falls down to earth
Ground shakes all of a sudden
Children with their late eyes
Waiting for the not rising sun

High snow hard winds
Until the forgotten
Daffodil blooms
