When a person wants to be quiet?
I don't know exactly as poet
It might have many reasons
But must be varying from person to person

It is secret aim
To remain close for gain
Some may prefer it for money
Some may refuse it for want of no money
...

I thought of best gift in world
To usher in era with new fold
No fear, no pain and no agony
As world created by almighty

To write well doesn't amount means to fight
It is well within ambit and right
The words come out in form of spirit of light
That flashes across mind and travel straight

No one has counted dead over decades
Yet it is compulsion to resume the trade
'It is life line and must' diplomats argue
'Peace is above all with trust' we too feel it is due

I decide to stop posting
On "Muse India" with silent protest
As articles go unnoticed or unread
A sign of ungratefulness to the dead

I love my friends
Wish I could stay up to an end
Who knows what and when will they be of any use?
But certainly friendship can endure and never confuse
