I swoop, I glide,
I wander wide,
Beware my beady eye.
A beastly feast, some carrion
...

Fireman up the ladder, please
give the hosepipe first a squeeze
I would like my brother Joe
To be wet through from top to toe.
...

Once I lived upon a moon in far off space
Amid the universe -a cold and distant place
I never knew the warmth of summer suns
Nor how the blood with sudden passion runs.

Hawking Talking

I swoop, I glide,
I wander wide,
Beware my beady eye.
A beastly feast, some carrion
of slimy snake would do..
or even a plump cockatoo!

A lizard
with a gizzard
or a flamingo,
Oh what a cheek
to have a beak
so toothless gumless too

Those dreadful mynahs are all a-rage
They squark and pester me
But I fly high
and carry on
what nature heeds,
with glee.
