This rainy Spring day
Mother's Day still weeks away

Is no big deal

Without bad we would not recognize good
Without hatred we would not recognize kindness
Without hardship we would no appreciate success
Without loss we would not appreciate love

Today was the 12th day of Christmas
and it was such a special day for me
so unexpected
born out of sadness
