Do you know what it feels like to have your heart ripped out? You have this pain that’s hard to describe. It reminds me about a knife on your arm. The way it mockingly dances around as it paints a picture that tells the saddest story. As you stare at the picture you see the many chapters crammed into this tiny area. Look at the way it swirls and twists and strangles the heart. If you watch close enough you will see that it is slowly choking the heart. Strangling it to death. As the heart enters the void it leaves behind a hollow. A hollow you can see through. In this hollow you can see all the layers of life. Layers filled with happiness and love, pain and sorrow, grief and depression. Some layers are thicker, others thin. As you look deeper you see the memories. You watch the reasons that this hollow is here. Angered by the stupidity, sad by the actions, glad that it’s over…
This is what it feels like. I hope you never have to go through it. Because when your done, your hearts dead. It takes a long time for it to be reborn.

The person who rips out you heart is among the cruelest people alive. This person felt the need to ruin you life by cutting open your chest while you’re still alive and squeeze and strangle your heart into nothingness. They sit there watching you struggle as you slowly fade away. In the end they will act as they did no wrong, as everything’s fine, as nothing happened. But you know. You know the pain you endured. The way they looked at you. The look on their face made you think they didn’t car. Their actions proved it. You know they are not here for you but for their own self gain. They only want you to help them and they will never, never return the favor.

One window is all I need
To escape
To end my pain
To leave you forever
...

Life is always harsh
Someone is always alone
People will be cruel
They will leave you out
...

How’s it feel?
To know that
That your picking on someone
That’s fighting a much harder battle
...

Something bad happened
On that day
And all the good feelings
Went away
...

Why did you have to go?
I never said goodbye
It’s like you didn't care
I think I might cry
...

Someday I will feel appreciated
Someday I will speak up
Someday we will have peace
Someday all people will be nice
...

I believe in the thought of learning from mistakes,
The thought that love can hurt,
The strength I have to survive,
The way you can't control me forever,
...

What if you were there for me?
I might stay

What if you payed attention to me
