Sometimes it’s hard to remember,
how it even got this way.
I’ve been trying to forget about him,
each and every day.

I keep waiting for the phone to ring,
yet I know it won’t be you.
Anything and everything,
reminds me of how you do.

It's All Gone

Sometimes it’s hard to remember,
how it even got this way.
I’ve been trying to forget about him,
each and every day.
I’m sitting on my room,
thinking about what went wrong.
Is there something just not right about me?
That’s what I’ve thought all along.
The happiness has sunken,
and the pains begun to cut
like there’s no way to fix it all;
Those sores, they just won’t shut.
So long I’ve tried to cover it all;
keep it all tucked away.
But through every tear, every fear,
it just won’t seem to stay.
Inside I feel like I’m dieing.
If only he could see inside,
and how much I’ve been trying.
In his eyes I see there’s nothing left,
just that he’s moved on.
I wish he could see
how much it’s hurting me,
now that he is gone.
What should I expect?
It’s always gunna stay the same.
I’m always gunna end up again,
that worthless piece in his stupid game.
One day he could double back,
and see hat he was wrong.
One day he would double back,
and I’ll be singing a whole new song.
