to break from this addictive habit

she went to scream in silence
and slipped upon the overfilled glass
that she tried so hard to contain

i think ive heard that word before
and now ive heard it again
and while on that word
the sun will rise

just kill me like you care
dont force me to breath again
and if you ever dare
ill kill you for that sin

i feel the air in my lungs
i feel it coil down my body
till its life is done
through the veins, till bloody

cold as the flakes
thrashing to the snow
as quickly as they melt
on a live cheek
