Ceremonial sparks.
Appearing momentarily,
Under arches and domes.
Shown to highlight,

Negligence.
Thoughtless incompetence.
And a total disregard,
For the wellbeing of humanity.

Below to surface,
Come those evil deeds done doers.
Conciously seeking attention.
Not to get enough of it.

Inciting chaos to permit it.
Encouraging gang members,
To recruit those young...
To teach criminal activities.
...

No child can be instructed,
To think like an adult.
Or be one.
