I will go on with my chores in a surly huff
Totally annoyed at what has been stuck
Emotions of resentment, I fear
But what can I do? It's what I feel...

I never thought I could ever be
Close to this man who is so snooty
No nonsense, serious, seldom smile
He is a guy I once despised.

I am hurting, you are happy
One celebrates, oh so lucky!
I was stabbed behind my back
While trying to figure what I lack.

I will dance, I will sing
I will do everything

Nothing is wasted, nothing is lost
Whatever we do, whatever the cost

Then everything we can surely have.

HIS name brings peace, HIS name means love
