i pry few rocks to see shells
crabs run for cover to shelter
finger size flow from cracks
flowing to file of small rocks
...
i remember these shells are edible
wash them and boil them for meat
these crabs you could broil them
i will let crawlers crawl the night away
...
i can feel eyes from the hills
watching me for a long time
could it be gurgling stomach
of a hungry, savage predators
...
silence of the night is wonderful
you can hear almost everything
especially when your ears press
against the ground; earth does
...
i could hear my heartbeats echo
bouncing off warmness of ground
night is letting off it's coldness
sweep through array of rocks
...
mighty moon has just wink at me
saying softly ' she rules the night'
acacia leaves gently waving to sky
as if hand is making a happy sign
...
file of rocks keep me warm
diverting wind from my face
howling push me deep inside
my persian rag cradled by stones
...
thanks; silence prevail at last
i drift to good slumber past dawn
taken away from worries for hours
subdued heart is peace to anyone
...
eastern star showing her beauty
bright and early over earthly hill
kiss by cool breeze from far away
sweet scented clean sand in desert
...
sand dune sliding slowly
tumbling little granules
pulled by unseen force
making a very stiff incline
...
