It was today that she told me
It hurt and made her angry

Like heaven as it's perched on a tree
Its lemony fragrance is fantastic
At least it seems so to me.

And off to the cabin I'd go
To sit out on my peaceful porch
And watch the brilliant leaves flow.

We're all thrilled that spring has come
Our weather changes to gentle showers
And then the sun pops out warmly
And spring brings on its brilliant flowers

This man is very specific
In the way he conducts his days
He believes in being kind and generous
Along with honest and caring ways

Their colors now spent
As autumn takes its tole
Trees once majestic
Are changing with fall
...

What a clever guy he is
I’m sure that you’ll agree
Talented beyond any words
He has a show for you and me

I took a trip across the ocean
To visit an old ancestral home
It’s fun go to places
Where family grew and roamed

It has been a difficult couple of weeks
But thank God I wasn't alone
For my son took me to the hospital
I had a problem with my bones.

Always breaks your heart
