Death calls to my broken soul
the resting yard awaits
arrival to my boarded box
my final bed, my space
...

I couldn't tell fact from fiction
or if my dream was true
The only sure prediction
in this whole world was you
...

The pain of losing, trying to forget
the power of lust, the thoughts of regret
broken hearts, crushed in vain
left behind and driven insane
...

You keep me hanging on to you
like macaroni crafts with glue
with your arms around me tight
kiss you - oh I think I might
...

We ask ourselves who we are
though most don't really know
lie, deceive, pretend - we're FAKE!
our true selves never show
...

Saying nothing says a lot
and so my thoughts can not be bought
to go so long without a word,
forever since my voice was heard.
...

We are none but empty shells
with the lowest self esteem
Zombies with no hold on life
slowly parting at the seam
...

Hide the growing hate
push away the fear
close and lock the gate
to all of those too near
...

See not the words you Speak
but the Tone in which you speak them...
Know not the Fear you run from,
but the feeling Behind the fear
...
