it died some years ago - but i
declined to notice this.
a dream severely wounded seemed
behind the broken-ness.

half hidden in shadows
desperate for you

a mix of both - maybe?

temptation is
a subtle cunning beast
that lays in wait.

but i want you;
not greedy, - i'll wait
til forever has taught you

you're right.
i'm strong and powerful.
cause no one sees these tears
strip flesh from bone.

to fathom length of storms
we scan the clouds in vain.
one may as well the tear inform,
as to the depth of pain.

too much introspection
can come to few conclusions.
comes a time to venture out,
abandon both self-worth and doubt,

i know you think you know me,
tho i've only shown you
what my soul
