Come Poem by moon batchelder

Come

come find me
i wait
half hidden in shadows
desperate for you
- terrified!

seek me out,
though i seem fulfilled
there's an emptiness
wearing a thin
disguise.

approach me.
taste just a drop
on the tip of your
curious tongue.
i wait.

for the touch of your skin
the feeling of one-ness
outside of the body
i wear.

only,
come find me
for i've wearied of the hunt;
of searching
the whole world
for you.
