Like the moon in a dark night,
As though I had hopes and yet none.
Here I sit, waiting for a chime
While I sing my crime.

If it is a burden, why not dropped it?
If you where miles away-
Should run to reach you and hold your hand?
As if hope was still a burning spark.

And So They Spoke-
Here and there…
I hear you all, here and there-
Like a close acquaintance

Her laugh was contagious…
It held the grip on insanity, but a laugh of joy
Holds no roots of insanity, it calms the nerves,
It makes you smile.

If the voice before me melts in truth.
What have they all seen in me?
Emptiness, a vast dark room-
I here by denounce!
