Pride

Yellow lions encircle me
Golden eyes reflecting my unabashed gaze
A lone fool in a sea of pride
Both sides unwilling to back down
Pride comes before the fall
The fall of beast and man
Yellow lions encircle me until we both fall

Genocide

My life is a genocide
But not of flesh and bone
More like heart and mind
You know your screwed when they attack your life long teachings
Should I make a stand?
Rush in with tooth and nail?
No battle gear is needed
Helmet breastplate belt shield and sword
So that I may go down fighting
