Thorn In My Side Poem by Patrick Tincher

Thorn In My Side

It burns
This pain
This thorn
Planted in my side
To much of a burden
To much to bear
I stumble on my feet
Swaying in the breeze
I come to ease my stress
To make this burden less to bear
I lay at your feet
Waiting for the yoke
To be lifted away
So I may rip this thorn from my side
And let the blood flow freely
