I forgot to look
where the sidewalk ends
so now I'm
one inch tall
and spread all over the road
I should've taken
the road not taken

    At only one inch tall you nevertheless would probably have the skills to climb up the curb (kerb) onto the sidewalk (in case you did fall off, naturally) .
