.2. Surgeon Poem by David Threadgold

.2. Surgeon

Rating: 5.0

Could I have been a surgeon?
With scalpel at the ready
Repairing all none working bits
With gas to make you heady

I’d take out an appendix
Or stitch a ruptured spleen
With very fancy needle work
You’ll not see where I’ve been
