One the first day that I meet you properly
I will have with my luggage the following items
a broadsword with a fiery blade
a shining sword with a full sized shield
and a torch with a powerful beam
before you start to get worried
I will explain their uses to you

With the broadsword I will cut a blazing trail
taking out any obstacles in your path
nothing will stand in your way
as you proceed to your goals of pure happiness

With the shield I will stand at your back
to deflect all the lies and blades
with the sword I stand all around
to repel your darkest fears

With the torch I intend to illuminate your journey
and banish all darkness that troubles you
causing your nightmares to flee in terror
leaving your mind, eyes and smile
as bright as a summers day

Why would I be prepared to do this
for you and no one else in my life
I fight only for you my precious queen
I would battle for you my wife
