Heaven called a beautiful angel to forever roam
As our hearts were left empty knowing you were never coming back home
Years have past but time without you hurts more than ever before
God reached your heart as there his place was waiting for you to open the door
If only I could turn back the clock you would never be out of my sight
All I wanted was her eyes to open and for her to squeeze me tight
My world was crushed into dust as my heart was punctured with pain
Knowing I was not going to wake up seeing your beautiful face again
Losing the most important woman in my life as been a difficult journey to go through
I was born in this world with the best mum and now I have to spent my life without you
Your life was overflowing with love that you could not buy
God knew there was a special angel for him to take home on high
I miss the special moments I spent in your arms as we danced the night away
Your memory is as strong as the storm for you are in my heart to stay
No matter where you are my sleeping beauty I know your watching from the heavens above
You've forever got my hand and always my love
