945. Mother, Is There A Device To Clean My Mind? 120308

Just open the computer and connect to the internet.
Anyone can call anybody, anywhere in a moment!
Science and technology so far to my astonishment,
Have found no way to link at once Self the innermost!

Human mind penetrates earth to find boiling lava!
Travels far and wide in sky to locate whirling nebula!
Will it tell me a way to strip off ego, masking Atma,
As I have piled upon me costumes of life’s opera?

Microscopic tools are there to see infinitesimal cell.
Prominent telescopes are there to study stars as well.
In my body, where do unseen feelings exactly dwell?
Is there a device to locate and purge my thoughts all? 120308

Comments on comments: To my dear readers:

It is well known that Soul can not be sought out. One who is in search of the inner Soul will definitely come to know all external search which humanity has termed as science and technology will not help even a bit to find the Soul. In fact all our knowledge about the world are really hindrances in the search. Even our five senses and the very ingenious mind also will hinder in the search. This is what I convey in my poem.

Next, mind is a bundle of thoughts. Body is picture of that mind. If one wants to ‘see’ the Soul one should go beyond body and mind. This process definitely will take us to realization. There is no fear of becoming lunatic person, as everyone thinks. Ramana Mahrishi is a great example to this. He told, ‘I do not have thoughts, yet I do all worldly karmas with at most care! ’

I see you are more philosopher than poet. Then let me speak your language. There are four eternal things. What are they? There are four dimensions. What are they? How did God design the Universe and all things? Finally, Where, and in what form does unseen Heaven exist? Things to ponder while examining mankind's relation to God. GW62

Very intersting after a long time to read. Thought less mind is the poetic perception of a state.MInd is dynamic never can be at rest.It revolves round and round in its own orbit to what it is directed at consciously or sub consciously. The modern inventions are the fruit these revolutions of mind which is the ineveitable bliss of the almighty. There can be no argument becasue it is also the Gods creation.Human is only tool to place it before the common eye. Now cleaning of mind yes we can and I thick we should do it.We clean our body everyday but what about our mind? Meditation is the answer. It can help us understand the inner self and the world around.Every day we shoul clean our thoughts to make ourselves better human beings This was a very good poem.

Can a mirror, which shows objects, see for itself. Likewise, the soul can see the objects, but not its own image, being a subject itself. If a man stands erect, his extreme point then would be the tip of his nose. All the things those fall outside this tip are objects. Even the inner involuntary parts of he body, like heart, lungs, stomach, brain etc. are objects, as he says 'My heart, My lungs, My stomach and My brain etc.' Go deep still inside. He says, 'My thoughts, My intelligence, My conscience, ' and so these things also become objects in so far as 'My or I within' is concerned. Beyond conscience he or she cannot go and at that stage, the subject 'I' comes to be realized and not seen. You say, 'I'. He or she says 'I'. I also say 'I'. All these singular 'I' become plurfal 'I's, which is nothing but 'Jivatma.' All these 'Jeevatmas' combined become 'Paramatma, ' the universal God. This is the thatva of 'Advaita', as I understood. The soul cannot be seen, but can be realized, Like the 'Air' that cannot be seen with the naked eyes, but can be realized in the form of feelings. The electricity cannot be seen, but can be realized in the form of light, motor action etc. Similarly, when we mediate and go deep inside, we can transcend our own conscience and can realize many things linked to our Souls. As the soul is conditioned to the six senses, what all the senses feel, the soul also feels and gets affected thereby. That is why great realized souls say that we should not identify ourselves with our bodies, but with the soul within. I can go on say many things like this, but this subject is like a ocean and we are trying to measure it with our palm.
