A Bunch of Merchant Bankers!

  A fool and his money are soon parted
For every winner there’s more losers
As the porn actress said to the bishop
We should know that beggars can’t be choosers


The bigger the bank the harder the fall
Do all good things have to come to an end?
Financial institutions at deaths door.
Searching for someone with money to lend


Trying hard to keep the wolves from the door
Bankers biting off more than they can chew
they now know, all that glitters is not gold
Never try to bite the hand that feeds you


Rising like a Phoenix from the ashes
In a nutshell, they’ll be saved by the bell
And not between a rock and a hard place
The blind lead the blind on the road to hell
