A Gay Virgin?
What am I thinking of?
The past? A long lost love?
I need help from above
Just to give me a shove
I’ll travel near and far
To where the lovers are
Take a spin in my car
To catch a fallen star
I don’t know what to do?
Is my love something new?
Are we the chosen few?
Drink Champagne from his shoe
Do you think that I’m prude?
I’m just not in the mood
You’re being very rude
I thought you understood
I can’t see you today
Tell me to go away
Sorry, what did you say?
You think that I am Gay?

I liked the way this poem was layed out. But found it a bit abstract from itself, a bit scattered and maybe that was the point. Interesting title. Have to read it for just that reason alone.10 for originality.8 overall.
A one sided conversational tone to this verse, is that correct? Nice poem.
