A Case For Germany

Embellished letters are what capitals are,
(capitals are embellished letters) ,
so a page of German
strikes England
as rather embellished:
on top of the double dots
(umlauts)
there's a capital to every noun.

Exposure to ornament
(embellishment)
breeds affectation,
at least it's said to,
and if it does,
for a good dose of it,
Germany is a good place
for England to head to.
