A Date At The Beach Poem by new poet

Will you stay for a while

Maybe walk for a mile?

Let’s Run in the sand

This was never planned,

But do you want to go out?

This love is so strong, I’ll try not to shout

The beach is so calm,

That it solves all my qualms


Let’s just lay down

And try not to frown

Let’s watch the starry sky

And then watch the seagulls fly

And enjoy the time we have together

Because sadly for us there is no forever
