A Dream Poem by Jacinta Nevis D'souza

A Dream

Rating: 5.0

From a baby I grew to a girl,
From a girl to a woman,
A woman who is now a better half,
Who has got the best in life.

When will I be promoted from a wife to a mother,
When will I feel the feeling of a feather,
A son or daughter whom I will carry in my womb,
Will I see new life so close, as it for me zoomed?

A rebirth is what is close to my heart,
Feeling the small finger tips n toes,
To my ears a musical n emotional cry,
A giggle n a sweet smile which will be the best I ll have.

A child a womans dream come true,
Everyone should be privileged not a few,
Lord don't make a womb wait in que,
Let not a dream dissaper like dew.
