On a road worn out he begins a journey,
A journey towards fulfilment
His eyes full of charm,
Charm of this world full of lies
He has nothing but dreams,
Dreams built on hollowness of desires
It’s a journey with milestones to conquer,
Every milestone increases the thirst for more
This thirst has an answer hidden in satisfaction
But for him satisfaction is death
One more, one more, one more he tells himself
When desires become necessities, Necessities are forgotten,
Surrounded by worries he barely lives,
But his wishes dare the chances of survival
Unhappy he his chasing happiness,
But the journey has come to end,
Claws of death around his neck,
He realises, he has nothing to cherish, and nothing he could conquer.
