A Loving Gesture Poem by Chelsea Pace

A Loving Gesture

Rating: 0.5

A hand, so silky; smooth.
Has caressed my cheek,
it stayed in the middle,
and then dropped.
The once delicate hand,
was covered in red.
It's owner laughed coldly.
As I fell,
the hand reached for me,
but stopped.
Once I touched the floor with my back,
the owner knelt next to my body.
A hand, so silky; smooth.
Caressed my cheek,
for the last time.
