A Lying Witness Poem by Rohan Razi

A Lying Witness

A lying witness comes to Court
With his cohort of escorts
Wearing hand-made coats
His costly car parked infront of the court

A day before comes to Court
He met his lawyer how to twist;
Papers and facts
He concocts his police report

When he testifies
He tries to justify
He is smarter than dragon-fly
His opponent catched him;
when he lies

For his perjury;
he is imprisoned,
that is his sentence

He can't configure;
between a lawyer and a liar
between a law and a flaw
He felt on the floor;
After interrogated by the lawyer.
