A Man For All Poem by Adams King

A Man For All

Rating: 3.0

I'm a man for every woman
A weather for all season
A tree for every fruit
A visitor to every bed

I have dance with the trees
I have singed withbirds
I have laughed with hyenas
I have roar with the lioness

I was with the crickets
In the darkest of night
I was with the dews
When at dawn they poured

Many a chamber have I
Conquered and victories
Celebrated by the moans of a youthful lady

I have parted the red seas
With my moses rod
And made a way through
For pleasures and love

I have feasted with saints
And have dined with devils
I'm a father of adultery
A painter of all paints

Let all softened flesh come
To taste of my skillful ways
I can bring heaven down
In a midnight bedroom duel

You can speak of names the worst of all you know
But still I remain what I am
I'm a man for every woman
