You are my light
My glowing joy
The day I first met you
My heart lit a new fire
My love for you
One only you can have
A love to you
As mother and daughter
One I cannot sing
But actions I can show
A poem of joy
One of true love
A love of a mother
Your beauty
Lighting up my life
You give me strength
To move on with my life
There I cannot be
But my love forever remains
One only I can give
Love of a mother to her daughter
