A Period Of Time Poem by YAKUBU GIWA

A Period Of Time

This life is just for a period of time
Full of trials that frustrate you some times
Life sometimes make you happy
And sometimes makes you sorrowful
But whenever it makes you sorrowful
Never relent!
Because a bend in a road
Doesn’t mean the end of the road
The downfall of a man
Doesn’t mean the end of his life
And once there is life
There is hope
You just have to face the challenges

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
WHEN SNAKE IS ALIVE, SNAKE EAT ANTS. WHEN SNAKE IS DEAD, ANTS EAT SNAKE. TIME CAN TURN AT ANY TIME. DON'T NEGLECT ANYONE! ....... (LIFE IS A STAGES OF OBSTACLES AND CALAMITY; FOR, IF YOU DON'T FIGHT ONE WAR, YOU FIGHT ANOTHER AND, WHETHER YOU FIGHT ANY BE ALWAYS PREPARED MORE WAR AHEAD) . HE WHO CRAVES FOR THE WORLD CAN NEVER SEES THE FULFILLMENT OF HIS DESIRE WITHOUT EVEN PREPARED FOR HIS ETERNAL LIFE
