A Poem By Your Name Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

A Poem By Your Name

Rating: 5.0

A-pril fourteenth early morn,
N-ight shadows are through;
N-either haze nor mist
A-ppears in your view.
L-onely twilight is gone,
Y-our birth brings much mirth,
N-ew dawn has broken to shine the light on earth.

J-ust another day is fine
A-fter the storm is over;
V-ile weather has turned
I-nto a clime much better.
E-vening chill turns warm because of the burning flame;
R-ise of the sun has begun to pen a poem by your name.
