A Simple Poem - Poem by indira babbellapati

When a particular day
Occupies the calendar
I live each day of the year
As if it's the day of
That long took over me
Directing my heart and mind

The floating images of the day
Arrange themselves into happy frames
And circle around me
In joyous abandon
Instilling new breath
Infusing newer life
Into the debris of reality…
