When life is treating us
with energies which
are creating
distress
Shut down your mind
go into meditation
and allow your
body to relax
For with each trial
is a chance to create change
Grow and expand your horison
Make every day a special day
We should try to make everyday special, more smiles to brighten our days.thanks for the share

I remember a wonderful German film I saw on black and white television years and years ago. One of the characters was an eighty year old dowager who uttered the following lines: 'I regard every day as a gift from God'. That line stayed with me long after the rest of the film was forgotten.
