A True Friend With A True Mind. Poem by Johnny Psalm

A True Friend With A True Mind.

I need a mirror to see
A true friend who can sing
My song and tell me when I'm wrong

I need a mirror to see
The colony of parasites who sing
My song and mock me when I'm gone

I need a lamp to see
The shadows from the images.
When living is gloomy
You see the shadows of the throng

Do you know a true friend with a true mind?
Tell me one and I will prove you wrong
That almost all friends are honey-tongued.
