A Wise Man Realizes He Does Not See Things As They Are

Rating: 5.0

It is a wise man
Who realizes that
He does not see things
The way they are
Each through his prism
Takes in the light
Then warps and bends it
Reflecting and deflecting
Each beam, each particle
In such a way
Which clearly indicates
One's cultural bias
And numerous other influences
So in the end
One may see things clearly
Not as they really are
But as one is.
