A Written Secret Poem by shakequill usher

A Written Secret

Rating: 3.5

Let me tell you a secret
One that we like to keep it
the secret of adoring secrets
let them talk about it and dream it
No matter the matter
We'll hide it and they'll seek it.

No one knows our secret
And no one will know
Secrets are what we live for
Secrets of being, will be
And have been before
Secrets gushed not by the sea
And spilled out on the shore
The embarking soul won’t breathe it
Even to stick around for a bit more
The untold, written, unseen
Secret that I bore
The secret of him and me
Well, I guess it’s not a secret anymore! .

Nicely written of the secrets we keep, or rather do not keep, in life
