After All-Day Hike
from 'While Passing Through'/Fall
After all-day hike
and campsite near
smoky shafts of sun
filter through
a stand of spruce—
O the lush colors
of gratitude!
I can picture it! Lovely image, Glen. And gratitide shown to the right person. It surprises me how in this country, people love to walk and hike in nature. But generally seem to have very little thought of or gratitude to the One who made it.
