Age Doesn'T Matter Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Age Doesn'T Matter

One for you an done for me,
And like 'kenkey' and fried fish ('Kome ke shito'):
But inevitably as it may sound,
Who gets your vote by proxy?

Clues, blues and of your love on the run!
I am on an errand like the act of your indignation;
But age doesn't matter when it comes for love.

The bawdy, the vivid, the wind!
Of the violet story of a man's struggle against the odds;
But age doesn't matter when it comes for love.
