Laying on the floor, no life in your eyes
A tear runs down and I don't know why
For you was happy the day before this
You say you don't need a hug or kiss
All you do is look up at me and say
Baby I just want you to stay

Stand in the cold and you start to breathe
No where to go, and you begin to freeze
Your heart is slowly beating, running out of breath
You just want my love and nothing else
I hold you close to me and kiss your cheek
Giving you air, because you will stay alive with me

A star shoots across the open night sky
I thank God for giving me the woman of my life
Without you, I am nothing but an ordinary man
And I do not want to be lonely ever again
For when you need me, I will be there
Because when i am with you, i feel like im floating on air
